		<description>Actually, if you look on the website of the people who own the brand name, you will see that this particular outlet is not owned or franchised by the brand, and is actually operating illegally since 2006 - there is a lawsuit ongoing, but no resolution yet.  Try the one in Martinez, which is cheaper, has better service, and better quality in the food - and is actually owned by La Caballeriza...</description>
